Located in Chania’s Akrotiri peninsula, this project merges contemporary architecture with the natural landscape. Set within a traditional olive grove, the design uses locally sourced stone and natural materials to create a strong connection with its surroundings. The buildings are arranged in a multi-level, amphitheatrical layout, following the natural slope of the land to enhance both utility and spatial flow, while maximizing the breathtaking panoramic view of Souda Bay. Open-air courtyards and carefully framed openings enhance the experience of light and shadow, while the balance of solid stone volumes and open spaces creates a seamless integration between architecture and nature.
